The Butcher's Apron is a street-food caravan in Edgeware, Christchurch. We started with a simple idea: serve proper butcher-quality sausages, burgers and butties, cooked fresh, without the wait of a sit-down cafe.

What we cook
The sausages come from Peter Timbs Meats, including award-winning Nuremburg and smoked Hungarian. Burgers and butties are built to order, from a classic BLT through to the Loaded and Bangkok Barry.
How to order
Give us a call, tell us what you want, and pick it up at 70 Edgeware Rd. We're open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 3pm, and closed Sundays. It's grab-and-go, perfect before work, after the gym, or a weekend breakfast.
